*Instead of paying the usual dividend from the profit shown on the balance sheet, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders decided on 22 April 2009 to issue exchange-traded cash or title options (“COTOs”), combined with a reduction in par value. Shareholders could therefore choose to either subscribe to the new registered shares, sell their COTOs on the stock exchange or accept a fixed cash settlement of CHF 0.65 per class B registered share.
