Please note that our logo is a registered trademark of Bank Sarasin in various jurisdictions. In making the logo available on this website, the user shall only be granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable right to make private use of the logo in its original form. All ownership and further rights to the logo shall remain with Bank Sarasin. In particular, the user shall not be entitled to have the logo registered as a trademark either in his name or that of a third party.
