Annual General Meeting

             

The 24rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on Tuesday, 5 April 2011, at the Congress Center Basel.

      

Our ordinary General Meeting of shareholders is held annually within four months of the end of the financial year - generally in April. The General Meeting reaches decisions in accordance with the competences defined in the Articles of Association.
