Working at Sarasin
Sustainability plays a key role in the way we interact and is a cornerstone of our corporate culture. We build relationships on trust and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect between colleagues. The basis of this collaboration is the newly approved Code of Business Conduct.
KPI 4:
We live up to a responsible corporate behaviour
By 2012 the following goals should be achieved:
- Integrating sustainability into the MBO
- Sustainability in managing our existing human capital: Implementing a human capital management process which constitutes the basis for the systematic and targeted evaluation, development and maintenance of human capital with a view to the corporate strategy. This will ensure continuous talent management and a common understanding of first-class workforce throughout the organization. Staff evaluation is based on standardized criteria with Sara Dialog (attitude, conduct and performance) and on the criteria of the Code of Compliance and the new Code of Business Conduct.
- Rolling out the Sarasin Development Forum concept throughout Sarasin Group to ensure continuous and sustainable training in a continuously changing environment and to ensure the systematic development of our staff to become and stay a first-class workforce.
- Establishing a health management concept for the staff of Bank Sarasin in Switzerland
- Further intensification of internal communication on sustainability
