Development Forum
With its Development Forum, Bank Sarasin sets new benchmarks for staff development. The programme is a comprehensive and integrated instrument for the development, training and further education of its employees. The development structure is a valuable instrument for continuing to develop employees' individual strengths, enhancing the quality of our service and consistently improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sarasin Group.
The Development Forum focuses on three main development paths in order to cater for all employees across the entire Group. These are divided into the areas of Specialist/Expert, Management/Leader and Client Relationship Management. The development paths are supported by the basic modules in professional skills, IT system skills, social skills and cultural skills, as well as the potential check for identifying individual potential and participation in interdisciplinary project teams. In 2011 alone, a total of 9,198 hours of attendance were run up as part of the Development Forum, and 40 potential checks carried out. A total of 19,582 hours of training were completed.
