Employee surveys are carried out across the entire group at regular intervals. The feedback is assessed and appropriate projects are initiated in order to further improve the level of job satisfaction and dedication of our staff. For example, the Development Forum - the new training program for Sarasin employees - is the result of an anonymous employee survey conducted in 2009 in which almost three quarters of the group's workforce participated. The results reveal the strong sense of loyalty that employees feel towards the Sarasin Group.
The next survey will be conducted in 2011.
